She's prone to being a doormat, not knowing when to say no or enough. This maternal complex is rather unstable, given that Maya is still essentially a budding teenager and thus has not developed the actual maturity necessary to effectively handle her instincts. She's definitely loyal and trustworthy, and assuming one can put up with her incessant need to act like everyone's mother, she's probably the one of the more reliable members of the group. She can get quite obsessive about this, and has extensive charts tracking down every bit of information she acquires on them. She has her friend's best interests, or what she thinks are their best interests, at heart and she will take every opportunity to harp on them about what they should and shouldn't be doing, morals, their diet, her concern for them, the list goes on and on. Maya has almost supernaturally developed maternal instincts, and is possibly the single most annoyingly nagging thing any of her friends have ever known.
